ABOUT

For more than 10 years I have been transforming the bodies of hundreds of people who came from dramatically different genetic backgrounds and cultures. I provide individualized and tailor made exercise programs to suit the varying clientele: corporate clients, house moms, athletes and youth.

My passion for fitness stems from a young age. Among my achievements:

  • Scholarship for prestigious sports boarding school "MilLfield"

  • Champion of World Mountain Running Trials

  • Represented Wales in World Mountain Running Championships

  • BSC in SPORTS SCIENCE

  • NASM Personal training certificate

  • Level 1 and 2 ASA Swimming Teachers qualification

  • BOOTCAMP QUALIFIED COACH
