I have been coaching men over 10 years and have developed tailor made specific programs to suit the needs of each individual client. I focus targeting large muscle groups through isolation exercises making sure to create balance in the body without overbuilding certain muscles. I focus on building balanced strength and increasing muscle striation. I find that my clients improve their flexibility with muscle lengthening during and after completing their customized programs. 

I use different forms of equipment in my sessions, when not performing body weight activities: cross core 180, suspension training, TRX, weights and bands to engage the upper body (pecs, traps, deltoids and triceps).
